This means we do not accept or bill any form of insurance, medical or vision, and all services, exams, and optical purchases must be paid for in full at the time they are provided. We do not file insurance claims on your behalf, nor do we provide codes or billing documentation for insurance reimbursement. Patients who wish to seek reimbursement may do so independently, using the receipts provided at the time of payment.
