Dr. Jacobi has been treating me for low vision for some time now with great success. He is both an expert in this field with decades of experience, and a doctor with a warm and encouraging "bedside manner." I highly recommend him to anyone suffering from low (partial) vision. FYI: My eye surgeon even recommended him to me because of the great success he has had helping low vision patients to see better.
